Hypopigmented burn scar.
Does hypopigmented burn scars go away permanently with time in kids.
Really worried about my daughter daughter. She got got due to scalding. Please help. Attaching pic for reference. This pic is just after the recovering of wound. It got a bit darker now.

The answer to your question depends on how the burn happened. How long it took to heal. Dressings were used for what duration.
Looking at the picture it seems the scar will go away in a few months time.
Avoid direct sun exposure to the scar for sometime though.
