Hypochondriasis or something else
Anxiety,Weakness in hands and legs,shortness of breath,neck pain,heavy head,fatigue,twitching,psychogenic fever(not more than 99.4)since a month, all blood tests and scans normal. I am most probably suffering from hypochandriasis but I always panic about my symptoms which worsen my symptoms. Please suggest something,very worried.

Hi Health anxiety is a condition that causes healthy people to worry that they are sick — even when people have no symptoms, or minor symptoms like a scratchy throat.
