Hypochondria since 3 year
Hi doctor, I am dieing every day due to hypochondria . I get scared for any disease liek death. Last 2 year, I was fearing cancer, this year covid. I am dieing dur to this...I really dnt know...how to handle this... I crying whole writting this... I pray to death instead of handling this anxieties and fear... No one is help.. Now I have fear that I have developed lymph noddle swelling in my neck ..but when I touch..I dnt feel swell .. but when I see in mirror .I fear of swell .. I am really scared... attached picture...is there any swelling seen?? Please reply if u see ..dnt scare ... please

You are perfectly alright, there is no swelling, I know how it feels as myself even after being a doctor suffered from such problem, but u have to fight it out. One more thing, don't be afraid of dying, it is inevitable one day.
