Now 2 days back...my anxiety panic attack came as hyperventilation

I went to pulmonologist , but he said sometimes due to stress anxiety it will come
If again it is repeated do chest xray pa view & bcoz my saturation is dropping when hyperventilation is happening around (91 to 95 )
What would be treatment for it to solve ?
Can we do breathing excercise to control it....?
Do i need to consult psychologist for my anxiety & panic attack

Hi Shamili.. if all other medical reasons for anxiety have been ruled out and u used anxiolytics but still your symptoms haven’t improved, it indicates that either the medicines have not been tailored to your needs or you did not take the medications as advised.
These attacks can impact daily life a lot
Hence it is advisable to consult a psychiatrist for other examinations and answer their questions appropriately.
