Hypertension problem
I have hypertension for the past 1year consulted doctor following medication with betatrop 40 MG for one month seems to so powerful reduced my pressure even 180/110 mm to 120/80 with in 2 hours rapidly but it seems to so powerful.         So consult another doctor regarding this he prescribed triolomozest 40mg to one month with some life style changes like reduce salt, morning exercise, after one week I followed some life style changes doing regular jogging but due to my night shift I didn't follow certain things now irregular sleep, no exercise. skipped the tablet for three days didn't taken my bp level is now160/100 even though I had taken the medicine for the past two days one day I have taken in the morning  and next day I missed the morning and taken the tablet around 2 clock afternoon checked my bp level after 5 hours bp level is 160/90 Whether I have to change this triolomozest or what I have to do next thanks for your help in advance

Thanks. 1. You should find out why you have got BP at least his young age. Often, you never find out a reason. 2. BP doesn’t cause any symptoms but untreated complications are stroke, heart attack and failure as well as kidney failure 3. It’s important that your BP should be less than 130/80 and take medications without a miss.4. Continue with life style modifications as well as low salt diet.
