My BP reading is around 145/90.Please prescribes me some medicine. Do i have to take these medicine for lifelong like in case of allopathy?

As u r 25 yrs old my advise is not to take any medication first.  We will take ur case details in detail and evaluate all the factors like diet ,life style etc and counsel.u to regulate them.nothing to worry as it is not so high.without medication I think u can be normalized if no special cause is there for u at this age.

If you take random suggestions in homeopathy then it may not even help for one day. It can cure hypertension completely but if right medicine is prescribed. Better consult and take proper homoeopathic treatment. Fir temporary use Rauwolfia mother tincture is helpful.

Hello. Your blood pressure is slightly high, so first of all you need to some  precautions for it like low salt intake , take proper sleep, stress free life , and morning walk ,keep positive thinking etc. It is some way to keep your blood pressure in normal range.and by this way you will be away from medicines for it. First thing u should maintain a healthy lifestyles-like* *Morning walk and light exercise. *Fatty and oily food avoid karo *Low salt diet *Subah saam gunguna paani piye 2-2glass *Khane me salad jarur le. By maintaining all these u can avoid medication
