I have my blood pressure in range of 138/92 . In summer it comes to 130/88. Is it normal or should i start medicine?

The reply is based on assumption that ur a healthy male with no history of any cardiac ailments in family and not on any medications. To do : Strict salt restricted diet and weight loss ( if overweight). Workout/walk 6days a week. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Regular bp monitoring
