BP  is not like your height that it can't change. BP may vary hour to hour.  So your query doesn't need an answer.  It is a natural phenomenon.

Blood pressure usually is lower in the morning and raises in the evening. Home bp reading should be measured using the upper arm digital bp apparatus taking 3 readings at a time . Ignore the first reading and take average of remaining 2 readings. In an home bp reading if the reading is above 135/85 on different days , hypertension is confirmed. At this point you don't need to start medicine for the BP.Instead you reduce salt intake, use fresh fruits and vegetables , avoid fatty foods Do exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week
Next Steps
Get your blood investigation that includes CBC renal profile, liver function, lipid profile, fasting glucose levels and hba1c , thyroid function tests and an baseline ECG

Home machine recording is inaccurate. You need not start medicine at this stage rather follow life style modification and diet control. If you have any recent blood reports, please share.

Changes in bp readings might be due to many causes like if you have taken coffee or tea within 30 min or had a brisk walk or strenous exercise before measuring. I can also vary if you are tak8ng it in sitting or lying down position.
Next Steps
best way to measure is in the right arm in lying down position and have not taken coffee or tea within 30 min of measuring.
