People say that hyperpigmentation cannot be treated completely..is there any treatment for it or it can just fade and not disappear completely..what treatments are the options if I don't want to go for a peel

Hey... hyperpigmentation could be because of many reasons...detailes history is required to know the underlying cause... alternative treatment options like creams, lasers are available...kindly consult online with relavent photographs for proper evaluation and proper prescription...
