Hyperacidity and gastric problems
I m suffering with hyperacidity from one month and many time gastric problem come and go, feeling uncomfortable and tired of take acidity medicines, please suggest if i can go through some tests etc or i should hospitalised for all investigations etc.

If you have acidity issue, no need for Hospitalisation, it can be treated at home most of the times following some diet and lifestyle modifications. Consult a Gastroenterologist and do an ENDOSCOPY ( which is THE test for acidity issue) and Ultrasound scan to rule out Gall stones. Till then continue Nexpor rd or Pan D before breakfast
Health Tips
Avoid nonveg, spicy food, outside food, coffee, alcohol and smoking if any. Avoid sleep immediately after food, especially in the night
