Our interpretation are cause for our anger than the circumstance. Most of the times our interpretation have been designed or hard wired from our childhood. The good news is it can be changed with therapy and proper restructuring of thoughts. Also not all anger is bad it has to be sometimes used in a moderated way. So skill training is also a part of this therapy.
Next Steps
See psychologist online/ in person who can help you on anger related therapy and skill training REBT will be a better therapy for such issues.
Health Tips
Also try to give attention sometimes this can be not giving attention or you might be busy with your own thing. Spend time but this is not way off for therapy.
