Hyper keratinized epithelium
I have mouth ulcers for more than 6 months and I went for a biopsy test in that the result was hyper keratinized epithelium I used oraways gel but it was not healing

Hyperkeratinized epithelium by itself is not a major cause for worry. If what you have used hasn't worked, there are other topical preparations that could be tried. Alternatively, if this problem exists in a specific localized area, some procedures can also be undertaken to take care of the same.
