Hyper Acidity
I regularly face the acidity problem. This problem has been continous for about 17 years. I take Histac or ENO when it is extensive and I cannot bear. The point is what do I do to completely get rid of this problem.

Get an endoscopy done to grade the extent of problem. Than medicines and diet canges help..if there is no big ulcer which needs intervention.

1. Cap Pan-D twice daily before meals. 2. Syrup Digene 15 ml thrice daily after meals 3. Cap Medigas twice daily after meals. 4. Aerobic exercise - 45 minute walk daily. 5. Plenty of Salads and Fruits in Diet. 6. Avoid oily and fried food. 7. Eat Small frequent meals. 8. Avoid Chillies, Spices, Cauliflower, Beans, Peppers, tea , coffee . 9. Don't lie down immediately after meals . 10. Tab Meftal Spas thrice daily after meals.( In case of pain abdomen).

hi since you have constant problem.. 1st raise your head and sleep 2nd drink cold milk every morning 3rd take tab aciloc 150 mg with cold milk 4 th avoid red chilly in ur diet will see if it still persists consult again after 10 days . thank u
