Hydrosalpinx. I can discuss with my dr!

My gyae recently advised for usg I have been doing usg almost so many times but recently did 4d and it was expensive the dr told me I have hydrosalpinx and my right tube has swelling plz advice me is this a bigger problem no earlier told me abt this and even in laparoscopy earlier they just said rgt tube has spasm and I had a natural miscarriage and not been able to concieve again and failed three ivf cycles my consfusion is how this hydrosalpinx has been missed by other dr for three years as had numerous usg and contrast ctwhat is the treatment of this I am 34 and my amh is decreasing after every 3 months is this hydrosalpinx can be the cause of failure and infertility plz advice what should I do is there any hope of me getting pregnant with this plz suggest so that I can discuss with my dr
