Hydroneprosis during thord trimester
BOTH the kidneys shows changes of hydronephrosis with dilated both renal pelvis amd A.p diameter 1.cm on both the side .....THE left upper mid ureteris tortous and dilated....Is this a serious problm ....Is there any major risk ...Should i wait for normal delivery or go for C section

U can go for normal delivery. This bilateral hydronephrosis is due to the pressure of enlarged uterus. Repeat scan after 2 months of pregnancy. Caesarean section is not going to cure it or help in it
