Pain in Rt flank & hydronephrosis on ultrasound suggests a possibility of obstruction to urinary flow due to stone in right ureter. Ureteric stones are often not visible on ultrasound. Also fever suggests a possibility of infection. You should undergo further investigation like CT scan to look for cause of obstruction. Also you need to get your urine culture & renal function tests  (serum creatinine) & complete blood count done in view of history of fever.
