Your question is not clear in itself, you haven't mentioned what the major concerns are, whether it is a love or arranged marriage, if they want to stay together or not....? Kindly ask the couple to consult a psychiatrist to identify and address their concerns.

Hello There.
i can understand the concern you have for the "she".
but i was wondering, whats the medical condition that she may be suffering from. then i realised, its not a medical problem at all.
see, i don't want to sound rude, but do you think its a medical condition? if she is suffering from any medical condition, then trust me, we will do the best we can. but in this case, what can we do?
why did they get married in the first place?
didn't both the families think about it before? its a personal problem and their domestic matters, we cannot give any solution to this. they have to figure it out by themselves.
