Dr I am frustrated because whatever I do and which ever work I m involved in I don't get success .No matter how much I work hard .I have gone through public speaking from Google search .but I m nervous whenever I face the crowd may it be a simple crowd .Nobody wants to talk to me .what should I change in my attitude.am I a negative attitude person

google search cant help you as much as a professional can.
you have social anxiety and phobia.
fear of being embarrased, judged by people,
negative irrational thoughts which takes you in a loop of negativity and self doubt.
