Is it herpes genitalis? Once infection occurs virus remains dormant in nerves, whenever immunity dips or there is stress it gets reactivated and produces symptoms. Frequency of recurrences depends person to person. You can eat healthy diet, do some excercise to increase your immunity and avoid stress. Supression therapy is also available to decrease recurrences.
Next Steps
consult a dermatologist.
