HSV 1&2 Blood Test
Hello Dr,
I have done HSV 1&2 blood test. In which my IGG report is Positive and IGM report is negative. But currently there are some itchy red rashes like balanitis are occuring on my penis. Can you help me, is this herpes or balanitis?

ig G antibodies remains for a long time in body
balanitis means inflammation of penis which can be due to various reasons - herpes being one of them
need proper history
is if fluid filled lesions?
are the lesions painful,??
