Hsv igg 1+2 test comes positive.. its for both? Or either of them. Any specific test to find its both or just one as IGG count is less 30 nd recently i had mouth herpes

Hi..If the HSV IgG 1+2 test comes positive, it indicates past exposure or infection with herpes simplex virus (HSV). However, the test does not distinguish between HSV-1 and HSV-2 unless specified. I will need further history regarding the same to advise appropriately. Also need to see the reports.
