Imy son is 15 month old he is not able to speak any word and listen carefully not recognise his name not wave bye bye but he recognise his parents and not to go any other is it sign of autism

Its not possible to diagnose autism at this age
Some baby can't speak upto 2yrs
But they start afrerwards
Its normal
Give some more time to him
But need consultation if it remain same
Firstly u have to check hearing is it intact or not

If problem persist than consult ur nearest pediatrician
