My HSG report says
Uterus appears normal
Tubes: both sides fallopian tubes seen
Right side intra -peritoneal spillage seen
Left side No peritoneal spillage seen
Could anyone please advise what does it mean... Can i have a chance to get pregnant?

Since both the tubes are seen, and the left side shows no spillage meaning it could be a fimbrial block which is treatable. Sometimes during hsg spasms also could cause the same effect.
You can get pregnant even if one tube is blocked.
