Right tube is swollen

Report is saying both tubes are patent but right side is having hydrosalpinx so to confirm it diagnostic laparoscopy can be done to find out pathology otherwise u can try for pregnancy for three for moths natural or with help of intra utedine insemination.

Get ultrasound done on day 2 and day 12 of cycle to look for follicle from which ovary it is developing
