Hs crp is high with high cholesterol sug

Hi I having chest pain from 4 days left side and now back pain . Feeling gastric also and my blood report is not good.. My hs-crp is 7.39 is there any risk Ecg ,echo and troponin are normal Hba1c -7.40 HDL -35 LDL-131.8 Total chol/hdl ratio-5.39 Ldl/hdl cholesterol ratio-3.75 Liver Sgpt -42 GGT- 45.6 Hemoglobin RBc-4.96 Eosinophils -9.4 Aec-0.79 Abc-0.12 ESR-27 Please suggest.
