My mother CT scan after 3 months of Covid says... Scattered alveolar ground glass appearanxe noted right upper zone, right base. Follow up case of Covid 19 now reveals residual lesions. ... ? Koch's lesions Is this normal report? Does she needs medication? Is this fibrosis?

It is post covid fibrosis which is irreversible and not Koch lesions. Residual lesions will be present If symptomatic she may require treatment. Online video consultation will help you
