Home pregnancy test can find ectopic preg in 12 week of pregnancy? Coz having negative pregnancy test bt pain lower tummy and shoulder?

hey , in ectopic pregnancy ,pregnancy test will be positive but ultrasound report will be negative , if pregnancy test is negative and pain in there , there may be gynaecological problem consult gynaecologist
