If symptoms remain even after 5 days means you need to make a change in the prescription you should talk to your Dr regarding this once you start the medication there should be some variations in your state of health I am not fully aware of your problem and the prescription

Homoeopathy is a science that heals from grass root level.So even if you have symptoms ,that does not mean that healing is not taking place.Let me give you an example-
If a person say has headache, so as we know it could be due to 100 causes(for eg-gastritis).So even if little headache remains after taking meds,it means healing is taking place at gastric level and once the gut Ph is cured,eventually the headache will be better.Hope this helps.

Firsrly , after taking homoeopathic medicine (first dose) you will feel comfortable and relaxed.
In acute cases you will notice the further changes like improvement in symptoms much earlier as compared to chronic ones.
Physical generals like appetite improves, stool regular and normal, sleep imroves after taking the medicine.
Rest all depends upon the disease conditon ,any maintaining cause for the disease.
