How to understand my thoughts & feelings
I want to be happy , be happy with whatever I have . This is my thought but I am not feeling that way .. I am not happy and I feel I am constantly comparing myself with others. I feel I don't know how to be normal like others .. I feel I don't have the energy to be happy . Why is that ?

Hello , we are all unique . There is now need of comparison at all . Being happy is a decision . You have to decide to be happy first . Pressures and completion for survival make us upset and tired . Observe if you are really doing things that you like or you are dragging yourself

Try to follow your passion or hobby . Give yourself some self care . Be your friend and well wishers first before you expect he world to be that .
