How to treat prefollicular erythema
I have been diagnosed with prefollicular erythema on the scalp with bad scalp inflammation and a burning sensation accompanied by massive hairloss. Is there a way to treat the above condition without corticosteroid injections and minoxidil? PRP has not worked so far after 3 sessions
