How to treat mild oligohydramnios

Asked for Female, 28 Years

This is my first pregnancy and I am about 25 weeks in. I went to see my OB and he suggested that I need a mild oligohydramnios treatment. He explained a bunch of stuff, but I could not understand much. Can someone help me out a bit?

It depends upon how much is the amniotic fluid index level ..as such if there is oligohydramnios there is not much treatment available other than it is advised to rest in left lateral position ,keep a track of baby's movement any eaT healthy
