What is the best way of taking Hypericum 200.
Should 4 drops be taken directly on tongue or be taken with quarter cup water. Which is more effective. Please advise.

Either take 4 drops directly on tongue ( which is a much better and authentic way to take Homoeopathic dilutions as this method is in use from ancient times and our tongue has the best sensors due to which the dilutions start acting immediately ) but if you cannot take it directly and feels a little acidic on tongue please take 4 drops in 1 spoon of water. Because it's a dilution not a mother tincture. We don't need to dilute a dilution this much.
Note - The process i have mentioned above is only for dilutions ( means potencies) , you cannot put mother Tinctures directly on tongue or in 1 spoon water.
