Usage of medicine
I have a SBL hypericum perforatum 200 CH dilution, and I'm recommended to have 4-5 drops of it for one time use. Can I consume that directly or is there a procedure?

Hello practo user! You can take 3-4 drops directly on tongue or you can add it in one tbsp of normal water before or after 15 minutes of meal or when you take it your tongue should be clean. There should no smell in your mouth (like of raw onion, any mouth freshener etc).
