How to stop periods for short period

Asked for Female, 37 Years

Hi, I have irregular periods, my LMP is May 15-20, i' ve planned to go kedarnath jun 15-20, Can anyone please advise the ways to stop periods temporarily except premoltan tablets( which cause heavy pain). Thankyou, Vennela.
