hi. this is not normal. you need a transvaginal usg to determine and rule out polyp or any other issues in cervix to rule out major issues

Most likely your period Is going to stop. Even if you are spotting once a day, technically you finished your 5 days of period so you don’t need to worry about pooja. Culturally if you are really particular about stopping completely speak to a doctor and get prescription of hormonal tablets to stop the period. But you will get a withdrawal bleed after you stop your pills. But if it continues or had been recurrent see a gynaecologist

This is a case of dysfunctional uterine bleeding that's needs proper evaluation. You need to consult a gynecologist and may require a physical examination to identify the cause. Also you require to do an pelvic ultrasound.

You can take tranexa for bleeding but should consult gynecologist for prescription and for further evaluation as it is not normal to have continuous bleeding. Any medication , medical conditions?. It can be due to hormonal imbalance.
