Once your baby is eating a wide range of foods, you may find that she cuts down on breastfeeding through choice. If you'd like to help the process along, take these steps
let your baby finish a full breastfeed, then offer her a small portion of food. Encourage her to experiment with flavours and textures. She'll still get most of her nourishment from breastmilk
once your baby is eating well, which you will know when you see changes in her poo, you can switch things around. At some mealtimes, try offering food before you breastfeed her. Then you can start offering something to eat before every breastfeed
consult your doctors they will guide you further
