1. I have a -5.50 in right eye and left eye -6.25 ..so tell me how can a remove my glasses permanently?? Any diet or exercise or operations could help to get rid o eyesight problem
2. A high power can use a glasses permanently or on a daily basis..OR using a less glasses can improve my eye sight..??

Hii...you can either wear contact lenses or get lasik surgery done to get rid of glasses...no diet plan or exercise can remove your number otherwise
