I'm having thick lips (lower lip )since my childhood , but now I'm 19 and it's getting more thicker , but my upper lip isn't changed and it's very small !!! How to reduce thicker lower lip naturally other than surgery ??

It could be genetic or some disease like actinic chelitis or glandular chelitis. It needs proper workup with history and examination. Chelitis is treatable with medicines and surgery. If you come for online consultation, that will be helpful for proper diagnosis.
