I'm loosing my gums day by day. So, I want to recover my gums. So, what should I do? How to recover give me suggestions

Hello, welcome to Practo. It seems to me you have gingival recession, because of that you feel your are losing your gingiva. The cause association with it is improper brushing. You need to check proper brushing technique (Modified Bass technique). You can watch it on YouTube. If you want to recover it quickly you have option of flap surgery.
