Hello, welcome to Practo.    It seems to me you have gingival recession, because of that you feel your are losing your gingiva.   The cause association with it is improper brushing. You need to check proper brushing technique (Modified Bass technique). You can watch it on YouTube.   If you want to recover it quickly you have option of flap surgery. Receding gum levels are a sign of periodontal disease. You need to get a checkup done to determine the exact cause of receding gum level. If you asking for home remedies, sorry to say but none exist.
