I am a 16 year old student. Since I started using visualization technique in my study by pressuring my brain to create images of the words written, I suffered from stress. I want to quit it but whenever I read pictures came automatically in my mind and I think I am visualising and get stressed. Please help and suggest how to read for better understanding.
