Whatever happens, has a reason, as you forgive a friend for a fault, try to forgive yourself, it's a best solution. Nothing is more important than your health. Anything happened, was an experience... You are so young, you have potential to build a wonderful life. So forgive yourself for whatever happened.

Hi, I am sorry this hurts. I am sure this is difficult. We can create a safe space where you can share what you are going through and work something out together so we could ease your pain a bit. The pain could be coming from something that has recently triggered these feelings in you.
