How To move On From Traumatic past ?
I'm suffered from  Traumatic past Experience in my childhood... That was Too Severe That I always Cry When that flashback Is come To my mind ... I was Sexually abused When I'm just 15 years old and this so hurting.... that weird trauma impact my life so much after that my nature become so fearful That I'm scared of Little things because of it im also Suffered from OCD that have very weird themes ... And that was give so me much guilt....Also there is so much bullying by classmate in my childhood each day they try to harassed me and I can't do anything for me ...  and that all  were so Hurting... I always have that flashback in my mind and I'm feel same as my childhood self ... I can't differentiate  from it... I am still stuck in it ....so please help me to get Rid Of it ?
