On daily basis how can I improve or maintain oral health. I can see plaque in teeths or sometimes bed smell How can I improve this at home How can I maintain hygiene for this daily

Hello you have to go for six monthly cleaning and then do salt water gargle thrice a day Gargle after every time you eat or drink anything Brush twice Change your toothbrush in three months once Floss once a day You can you ask the dentist for the perfect brushing technique

Try to keep brush bristles at the junction of teeth and gums (three teeth will be covered).start from last teeth in mouth than give 15 to 20 horizontal strokes of brushing and after that at Same position 5 verticle strokes...repeat with all teeth from inside and outside and also brush on chewing side of teeth.... while brushing use gentle pressure .

Oral hygiene includes twice daily flossing, brushing and mouthwash after meals. For understanding the correct technique you may visit a dentist nearby. Only effective way to remove plaque completely is by a procedure called scaling.
