Hi... Loss of a loved one is always an irreparable loss and it can make us feel that life is meaningless and futile and that there is no point in keep living it. Death is a reality which we need to accept but it is not necessarily a negative thing. Birth is the beginning and death is the end of our physical existence in this world. But our 'life' is not about our birth or our death, it is what we are living every day, every minute, every second. We need to make it worth living. There is no inherent meaning in life, instead, that job is left upon us to give some meaning to our existence or our lives.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Grief Counselling is required.
