How to know it's ear infection or not
Almost one month ago I suffered from cold recovered in 3-4 days but from that day I started to feel dizzy along with ringing sound in ears I visited neurologist for dizziness but before I could start medication dizziness stopped as I was travelling I didn't took medicines but ringing sound  ear pain & heavy forehead head + headaches still exist I do feel it's because of some ear issue so what tests should I do to know it's a ear infection or not

This can be due to a persisting infection or negative pressure in the ear ... But headache and heavyness might not be related ... Plz visit an ent specialist for proper guidance

The cold may have caused an eustachian tube dysfunction or sinus problem. Visit an ENT for further evaluation and treatment..

Seeing inside the ear is the most important thing. You can also do hearing tests. PTA, IMPEDANCE AUDIOMETRY.
