Cold ears causing imbalance
I'm experiencing cold ears even in summer. Sometimes the cold pressure feels like its drilling deep through my ears. Other times I've noticed a pressure pushing out of ears. In both scenarios I feel like I'm loosing balance. It's not vertigo as I did not observe any spinning. However I find it very difficult to keep my balance while standing or walking. There is also headache in forehead and towards the sides like a crown. What is causing this and what should I do to relieve the cold from ears and imbalance.

Imbalance associated with blocking sensation in the ears and headache needs to be evaluated in detail by vestibular function tests and CT /MRI of the brain. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
Next Steps
