Hi,
Is there instability while walking?
Since you said your lachman’s test was negative and mc murray’s was positive- it is more likely to be a meniscal injury
However, you should get a MRI of your knee joint
You can consult directly so proper explanation to you can be given regarding this, and management with essential investigations and precautions can be suggested to you.
