Summer can be a challenging weather for adults as well as babies.Kids are more prone to dehydration compared to adults even when exposed to small amounts of sun.First for his loose motions 1.Try giving him semisolids and liquids as much as possible . 2.Offer him fruits such as watermelon or musk melon as they have high water content.See that he is hydrated(look at his lips and skin n motions to watch for signs of dehydration) As for your next question -he doesnt talk ,please see a speech therapist as by 3.5 years kids need to be speak atleast few words(>50 words). Can contact for further guidance.
