- Brush twice daily. Brushing at night is very important. - Use any gel tooth paste. - Use a fluoridated mouthwash twice weekly if you don't have any problem in your teeth and regularly if you experience sensitivity or have caries. - Do not brush till 30 mins after a meal. - Avoid too much sugary snacks. - Keep space in between two teeth clean by flossing. - Get any problem with your teeth treated at the earliest.

Hello sir , greetings !! I have gone through your question to keep your teeth cavity free you need to adopt a proper oral hygiene practice , for which You have to brush twice . Any flouridated toothpaste can be used . Take a piece of salad after every meal which flushes out any accumulated food. For children no milk or snacks before an hour to go to bed. Avoid sticky food. Decrease sugar intak.

Good evening sir, I have gone through your description. For maintain your teeth healthy you should brushing twice daily. Don't eat anything before 1 hour going for sleep. Food accumulation on teeth causes cavity. Eat small bowl of fibrous and sytrus food after every meal. It removes accumulated food from your teeth. Vitamins and calcium deficiency not associated with cavity formation.

Brush your teeth twice a day on daily basis. Rinse your mouth after consuming eatables or drinking something. Consult a dentist every 6 monthly Avoid consuming too much sweet things like candies, chocolates, cold drinks, etc. Floss ur teeth with a dental floss after brushing. U can use a fluoride based toothpaste. Vantej toothpaste by Dr Reddy's is good. Senquel -F toothpaste is also good.
