How to increase iron and b 12
B 12 is 250 , ferritin is 28 . Haemoglobin around 11. What tablet to take ? B 12 is normal according to reports but it seems to be on lower side and i have symptoms of b 12 deficiency like hair thinning, weakness , brain fog and occasional body pain. Do i require supplement for b 12 and iron ? If yes what should be the dose .

Diet rich in proteins and calcium Take ample of green leafy vegetables. Mild and dairy products. Take Cap Dexorange once daily after dinner. Take Tab meconerve 1500 once daily for 3 weeks.
